Next is Marcelo of the Dream Team. This is not the first time he has shared. From the original business rookie to the business veteran, it is a little more calm. The content he shared is Marshall; Luxembourg's book "Non-violent Communication", communication is indispensable in life or work, but how many people know how to communicate correctly and effectively? Learning to listen and self-reflection is the most important thing. He interacted with his friends on site and explained the contents of the book with many simple and clear examples. Through good communication to improve one's own structure, more empathy, life and work can be better.



At the canvassing session, sunny and Arron Zuo canvassed for Jason and Marcelo respectively. The battle was fierce. In the end, the Dream Team lost to the opponent by one vote. Don't shoot it was your own team. The score between the two teams was 3:0.
