On July 22nd, Ms. Alma, a Mexican customer of Irma Shi , visited the Chongqing branch of Pangs Chem Group. The customer was introduced by an old customer who has been cooperating for many years. After visiting two offices in Chongqing, Irma Shi introduced the development history and business strength of Pangs Group, and had in-depth communication with client about related products. Through communication, the client highly recognized Pangs’ strength and believed that we are a good fit for their company's procurement needs.

Beside work, The client hoped to have a few days of tourism in China. Due to the client's language barrier and inability to pay with currency, Irma Shi provided full guidance to the client throughout the process. She led clients to visit various famous attractions in Chongqing and experienced Chongqing's unique foot baths. For the perfect customer experience, she have also arranged a trip to Chengdu and accompanied as a translator throughout the entire process.

On July 29th, the customer ended the journey and expressed gratitude and recognition to Irma Shi. This customer’s visit has made both parties feel mutual trust and sincerity, and we believe that we can further cooperate and achieve win-win result in the future.
