On July 27, Pangs chemical held a mid-2021 summary meeting, which was presided over by Liu Lu of the fourth business division. All employees participated in the meeting in the form of online and offline. The content of the meeting is roughly divided into four parts: Department Manager's speech, excellent group award, new employee introduction and President Pang's speech.
All department managers mentioned in their speeches: on the basis of last year's performance, the performance in the first half of this year showed an obvious growth trend, which is the result of the joint efforts of colleagues in the Department. Even if the performance went to a higher level, all managers did not relax, were prepared for danger in times of safety, reflected on the shortcomings in department management, and put forward solutions and work planning. With clear direction and clear thinking, I believe that all departments can make more brilliant achievements under the guidance of department managers.
Excellent team is the driving force for the company's progress, and Pangs can't grow without their support. During the meeting, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu presented the awards of excellent business division and excellent group in June. I hope all colleagues can take this as their goal and become better themselves!
The addition of fresh blood brings new hope and energy. In the first half of the year, many excellent little partners joined Ponzi chemical. Through a simple self introduction, we quickly knew them and believed that they could quickly integrate into Pangs and adapt to the pace of Pangs's work.
